Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain banking features and benefits.
• Engage customers and guide them to digital tools.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking customers.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Assist with lobby management and greet customers.
• Refer banking partners when a product solution is appropriate.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC processes and document interactions.
• Log customer interactions and appointments in the system.
