Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening and collaborating with the branch team to meet client financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices in line with bank procedures.
