Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, delivering attentive service, and managing lobby flow and meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on daily banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team to help clients achieve goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies and procedures.
