Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Fredericksburg, VA to greet clients, open accounts and educate customers on digital banking tools. You will build trusted relationships and deliver personalized service in a hospitality‑driven branch environment.

You will join a Customer & Community Banking team focused on regulatory compliance, technology‑enabled service, and client satisfaction with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn banking products, policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and offering solutions.
• Assist with branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties.
