Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Virginia to deliver welcoming, attentive service and leverage Chase Mobile App and digital tools to meet client needs. You will greet clients, open accounts, and support day-to-day banking in a branch environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet and assist clients while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Assist with account servicing, opening new accounts, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options like mobile apps and ATMs.
• Build relationships through active listening and collaborative teamwork to meet financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling in line with bank policies.
