Chase is seeking an Associate Banker dedicated to delivering warm, attentive service and expert guidance to clients in our branch. You will greet clients, help with daily banking, and promote digital solutions to enhance financial success.

You will build trusted relationships, learn products quickly, and collaborate with a branch team to ensure world-class service and secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch teammates to reach client goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash handling and device management while following bank procedures.
