Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, externally or internally.
• Greet customers entering the office courteously and professionally.
• Provide account services: deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, withdrawals, night and mail deposits, official checks.
• Handle special requests: checks orders, foreign currency exchanges, safe-deposit box procedures.
• Verify endorsements, IDs, validate transactions and detect counterfeit currency.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records.
• Support management with miscellaneous projects as needed.
