Qualifications

• Previous banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and refer other bank products.
• Answer incoming calls and greet customers in person or over the phone.
• Provide account services: deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, withdrawals, and statements.
• Process special requests and verify endorsements, IDs and currency authenticity.
• Balance cash drawer and maintain accuracy throughout the shift.
