Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and refer other bank products by maintaining knowledge of personal and business offerings.
• Answer incoming calls and greet customers in person, professionally and promptly.
• Provide account services by receiving deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, and processing withdrawals.
• Complete special requests such as checks, currency exchange, and safe-deposit box procedures.
• Verify identifications, ensure validity, and detect counterfeit currency.
• Balance cash drawer daily and manage cash flow per policy.
• Support management and handle miscellaneous duties as needed.
