Citizens First National Bank is seeking a Teller for our North Office to greet customers and provide accurate, friendly service. You will balance cash, handle transactions, and answer questions about accounts and bank products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating ATMs and counters, learning banking software, and directing customers to the right personnel. The role requires good math, clear communication, and a professional, welcoming attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong communication via in-person, phone, and email.
• Basic math and calculator proficiency required.
• Ability to learn and use banking software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Balance transactions, cash drawer, and reports by the cutoff time.
• Assist customers with transactions and questions about accounts and bank products.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bank services and direct customers appropriately.
• Operate coin counters, currency counters, and ATMs as required.
• Understand and utilize banking software applications.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
