Job summary

The role involves cash handling, deposits, and money verification, plus precise record keeping for transactions and negotiable instruments. Monday–Friday hours with Saturday rotation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with teller software is a plus.
• Experience with Web Teller or check imaging software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy.
• Provide product information and cross-sell bank services when appropriate.
• Verify customer information using teller software and protect confidentiality.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and regulatory standards.
