Qualifications

• 6+ months experience processing transactions (cash/digital).
• 1+ year customer experience, recommending and referring products.

• Comfortable with using digital technology to support goals.
• Able to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the lobby and assist with transactions.
• Demonstrate mobile app usage and ATM functionality.
• Provide personalized advice to help customers reach financial goals.
• Educate on Citizens products and connect to Bankers as needed.
• Follow all policies, including cash handling and regulatory rules.
