Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers; handle cash accurately.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management; prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers using digital self-service tools.
• Support audits, custodianship, and other operations.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming branch area; support nearby branches as needed.
