Responsibilities

• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Handle cash and balance cash drawer.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with audits and operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming work area.
• Support nearby branches as needed.
