Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
Adhere to bank policies and risk management procedures to prevent fraud.
Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
Educate customers on self-service options and digital tools.
Assist with audits and other operational tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and adapt to branch needs.
