Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Service Advisor for our Fort Mill Car Care Facility to be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process.

You will assess needs, recommend maintenance, prepare repair orders, and communicate with customers and technicians to ensure timely, accurate work. This onsite role requires strong customer service and organizational skills to deliver a positive experience and support service performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers from check-in to pickup.
• Schedule appointments and document vehicle concerns.
• Provide clear estimates and review technician findings.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and efficiency.
• Process payments and support customer satisfaction goals.
