AAA The Auto Club Group in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary customer contact throughout the vehicle service process. You will assess customer needs, recommend maintenance and repairs, prepare repair orders, and communicate with customers and technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and strong customer service/sales experience.
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills; ability to build relationships and recommend products/services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from check-in to vehicle pickup.
• Schedule appointments, document concerns, create repair orders, and provide clear estimates.
• Review technician findings and use a consultative approach to recommend maintenance and services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate communication and timely repairs.
• Process payments and deposits; maintain accurate records and support satisfaction goals.
• Promote products/services and assist with inventory and service operations as needed.
