Job summary

CTG is seeking a Customer Application Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for business applications used by our customers. This role troubleshoots issues, resolves inquiries, documents solutions, and collaborates with technical teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Located in Anchorage, AK, this 6-month position focuses on delivering timely assistance, effective communication, and reliable service to clients with critical business applications.

Qualifications

Experience in application, help desk, or technical support roles.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with ticketing systems and customer support processes preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer application support requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
Monitor support tickets and provide regular updates to customers.
Escalate complex issues to development or infrastructure teams as needed.
Document incidents, solutions, and system changes.
Assist with application testing, upgrades, and user training.
