Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access

• Assist with the implementation and configuration of our products for new clients
• Keep up-to-date with the latest updates and features of our products and communicate them to clients
• Document and maintain client interactions and support activities in our CRM system
• Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the development team
• Contribute to the development of user guides, FAQs, and other support materials
• Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction

Qualifications
