Job summary

Exotic Automation & Supply seeks a Service Coordinator to support our Air Systems team. You will be the go-to contact for customer quotes and open orders, handling orders from entry to delivery and coordinating with vendors and the sales team.

You do not need to know our products on day one; training will cover product lines, business systems, and processes. If you have customer service or operations support experience, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Customer service or operations support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP or business systems is a plus.
• Strong phone and professional writing skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quotes and open orders by phone and email.
• Provide quote and order status updates to customers and the sales team.
• Learn Exotic Automation & Supply product lines and the full range of work the Air Systems team handles.
• Track project status and ensure tasks are completed on time.
