Job summary

Exotic Automation & Supply seeks an organized, customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our Air Systems team. You will be the go-to contact for quotes and open orders, manage orders from entry to delivery, and keep customers and the sales team informed at every step.

Training will cover our product lines, systems, and processes. You’ll join a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on keeping projects moving, handling ERP transactions, and resolving issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quotes and open orders by phone and email.
• Learn our product lines and the full range of work our Air Systems team handles.
• Track project status and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide quote and order status updates to customers and the sales team.
• Enter and process orders, including customer information, EDI transactions, and pricing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues involving labor, materials, or pricing.
• Expedite materials and follow up with vendors to keep customer orders on schedule.
