Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement.

• Computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on self-service options.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Support nearby branches as needed.
