Job summary

First Interstate Bank in Riverton, WY is seeking a Teller to handle daily teller transactions at the lobby and drive-up, delivering outstanding client service. You will process deposits, loan payments, checks, and currency transactions; answer questions in person and by phone; and identify referrals to other bank products.

You will use our systems to maintain accurate records, protect confidential information, and support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily teller transactions in lobby and drive-up.
• Provide outstanding client service and develop client relationships.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to other products.
• Record activities and referrals using 360View system.
• Process deposits, loan payments, checks and currency exchanges.
• Reconcile cash drawer and maintain cash supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
• Attend training sessions and contribute to team success.
