First Community Bank seeks a Teller I to serve as the frontline for customer relations, handling routine banking transactions with speed, accuracy, and courtesy. This role supports customer satisfaction and revenue growth by performing deposits, withdrawals, and product referrals in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities include processing checks, deposits, and loan payments, maintaining accurate cash handling, and ensuring security and confidentiality of customer information.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening and ability to ask questions to determine customer need.
• Ability to maintain composure and professionalism with upset customers.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent math skills.
• Trustworthiness and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Cash checks and disburse funds after verification.
• Accept deposits and confirm accuracy of transactions.
• Prepare and issue checks and loan proceeds.
• Process deposits from night box and other transactions.
• Enter transactions in Teller system with accuracy and produce receipts.
• Maintain organized work area and confidentiality.
• Make referrals to cross-sell bank products and services.
• Manage risk and detect fraudulent transactions.
• Assist customers with check orders, online banking, and card support.
• Ensure currency supplies are maintained and balanced.
