Job summary

First Bank of Wyoming is seeking a Teller I to be the front-line representative, delivering exceptional customer service and processing financial transactions accurately. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account inquiries while complying with regulations and protecting customer confidentiality.

The role emphasizes accuracy, product knowledge, and teamwork in a branch environment, with a focus on professionalism and adherence to bank policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Zero to one year of similar or related experience is required.
• Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
• Prior banking experience is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Availability between 7:45 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service.
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries; own issues and resolve.
• Balance teller drawer, cash vault, coin machine, and TCR daily.
• Detect counterfeit currency and fraud; follow security protocols.
• Assist with account maintenance and product/service explanations as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and regulations.
