You will balance cash, detect discrepancies, and promote bank products while upholding core values and providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–1 year of experience, and availability 7:45 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero to one year of related experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work 7:45 AM–6:00 PM, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and account inquiries.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure compliance with policies.
• Identify and manage potential fraud or counterfeit currency.
• Explain bank products and services to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
