First Bank of Wyoming seeks a Teller I to act as the front-line representative, handling deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries with accuracy and discretion. You will promote bank products, resolve issues, and follow security protocols while delivering exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have strong cash handling skills, prior customer service experience, and availability during typical banking hours.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability 7:45 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional service per standards.
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and inquiries.
• Conduct transactions accurately within guidelines.
• Balance drawer, cash vault, and TCR daily and safeguard currency.
• Detect counterfeit currency and potential fraud; follow security protocols.
• Assist with account maintenance and product explanations.
• Proficient in computer transactions and check handling policies.
• Maintain knowledge of limits and procedures for overrides.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries with minimal supervision.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality in all interactions.
