Left Lane Auto is seeking a Service Advisor to create a great customer experience and ensure vehicles are safe and running well. You will be the link between our customers and our service team, keeping customers informed and valued throughout the process.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, documenting issues, recommending services, and communicating timelines and costs. A strong customer focus and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance, tires, and vehicle repairs is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain automotive services and recommendations clearly.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with automotive service needs.
• Listen to concerns and document vehicle issues.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on inspections.
• Prepare accurate estimates and explain recommended services.
• Communicate repair updates, timelines, and costs throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
• Review completed work and explain services to customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and invoices.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to check-out.
