Job summary

Cronin CDJR is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the Lane. You will be the first contact, versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and service excellence.

Responsibilities include meeting customers, tracking vehicle progress, and maintaining high standards of customer service, ethics, and professionalism. Training and advancement opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Automotive service advisor experience.
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control.
• Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently.
• Oversee and participate in quality control.
• Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.
