Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a basic understanding of automobiles.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn new programs and repair procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete estimate of labor and parts costs.
• Establish follow-up times and monitor progress.
• Provide updates to customers throughout the day.
• Verify that the final invoice matches work performed.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
