Qualifications

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus.
• Ability to identify the problem quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automobiles and vehicle service processes.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and collect customer and vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up times and monitor progress; update customers frequently.
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers.
