Fowler Volkswagen is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor who can warmly greet customers, relay repair needs to technicians, and act as a liaison between customers and service staff. You will provide accurate cost estimates, follow dealership policies, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, clear communication, and maintaining high CSI scores.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and MVR acceptable to our insurer.
• Ability to read and interpret service documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously in the service area.
• Listen to customer needs and clearly articulate repair requirements to technicians.
• Upsell recommended services with integrity and clarity.
• Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
• Follow dealership policy on vehicle care and operation.
• Update customers on progress and notify when vehicles are ready.
• Explain repairs and costs to customers and perform delivery.
• Address customer concerns and maintain CSI scores.
• Keep Service Manager informed of problems and potential issues.
