Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge technicians and customers in our state‑of‑the‑art service lanes. You’ll explain technician recommendations in plain terms and identify upsell opportunities to keep vehicles safe and customers satisfied.

Responsibilities include scheduling, walking around vehicles, preparing estimates and repair orders, and coordinating with parts and tech teams. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with organizational focus.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments with customers for a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs based on information and walkthroughs.
• Use consultative selling to plan ongoing maintenance and upsell opportunities.
• Produce repair orders with estimates, coordinating with technicians and parts staff.
• Follow up with customers to inform and ensure satisfaction.
