Qualifications

• Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering personalized product recommendations and services
• Keep the selling space clean, organized and inviting on the sales floor and in fitting rooms
• Support merchandise moves, sign updates and pricing adjustments throughout the day
• Engage customers with warmth, build relationships, and drive loyalty via attentive service
• Finish each interaction by thanking customers and highlighting loyalty benefits
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards
