Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Retail Selling Colleague to deliver warm hospitality, advise customers, and drive sales on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You’ll connect customers with products, build relationships, and help create memorable shopping experiences through friendly, knowledgeable service.

You’ll keep the store welcoming, assist with merchandise organization, and promote our Loyalty program while aiming to meet daily targets and deliver outstanding service.

• Support merchandising moves and price signage as needed.
