Macy's is seeking a Retail Selling Colleague to deliver welcoming, knowledgeable service and drive sales. You will understand customer needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

You will engage customers on the floor and at the fitting room, process transactions, share loyalty benefits, and help ensure a memorable shopping experience through genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Passion for helping customers and delivering friendly service.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Enjoy meeting people and building relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs to suggest products.
• Educate customers on features, promotions, and services; upsell when appropriate.
• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked; recover fitting rooms and signage.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately; promote Macy's Loyalty program.
• Close interactions with a sincere thank-you and assist with packaging and checkout.
