You will engage customers on the floor and at the fitting room, process transactions, share loyalty benefits, and help ensure a memorable shopping experience through genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Keep sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked; recover fitting rooms and signage.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately; promote Macy's Loyalty program.
• Close interactions with a sincere thank-you and assist with packaging and checkout.
