Dollar General is seeking a Lead Sales Associate in Tennessee to uphold a customer-first approach in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead by example, assist customers, operate the cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and help maintain clean, organized aisles and displays.

You may open/close duties when the Store Manager is unavailable. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent with supervisory exposure and strong communication and math skills to ensure accurate

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience/training) preferred.
• Superior interpersonal and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to read planograms and follow merchandise presentation guides.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities are necessary for daily transactions.
• Experience operating a cash register and processing payments is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total purchases, collect payment, and assist customers.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build displays following planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness, empty trash, mop floors, and clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager and assist in other managerial duties when needed.
