Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a Receptionist-Dispatcher to support customer calls, job management, scheduling, and office duties in a fast-paced environment. You will enter leads, dispatch referrals, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while collaborating with operations teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with digital tools. Prior experience in restoration or insurance settings is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly receive and enter lead calls and job referrals into the system with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Handle general phone calls and greet visitors to the office.
• Efficiently dispatch and track lead calls and referrals to operations teams.
• Review Work in Progress (WIP) board to identify trends and bottlenecks in dispatching.
• Coordinate production and on-call schedules with teams for timely job completion.
• Monitor logistical aspects of job referrals to meet customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
