Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. The role offers base pay starting at $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Knowledge of basic math skills
• Customer service experience
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines
• Open and close registers
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures
• Answer phone calls per guidelines
• Stock, tag and display merchandise
• Create price tags and merchandise signs
