Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. The role involves greeting customers, checking out, handling returns, and performing basic cash-office tasks to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. The position requires basic math skills and customer service experience, with potential travel to other stores for support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about purchases.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate and follow safety processes in the store.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Answer phones per guidelines.
• Stock and tag merchandise.
• Create price tags and signage.
