Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to be the first and last friendly face for shoppers. You will greet customers, ring up purchases, handle returns, and support basic cash office tasks while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available; flexible shifts, with opportunities to learn our product lines and grow within a dynamic flooring retailer. Excellent communication and math skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsabilités

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with safety processes.
• Open and close registers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
