Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. You will greet customers, handle checkout, returns, and basic cash office tasks to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Minimum base pay starts at $15.10 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. Potential travel to other stores for support may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Follow established cash, check and credit card acceptance procedures.
• Answer the telephone according to company guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
