Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) to be the first and last interaction for customers. You will greet customers, process checkouts with the POS system, handle returns, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. Starting base pay begins at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
