This role supports both full-time and part-time schedules, with a base pay from $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience. It offers benefits and growth opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Knowledge of basic math
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Demonstrate and understand compliance with the company’s safety processes.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Open and close registers.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
