The role involves greeting, checkout processing with POS, and handling returns, with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available across stores, with a minimum base pay starting at $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Potential travel to other stores for support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers, answer questions about projects and products.
• Process purchases at checkout using POS system.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers and follow cash procedures.
• Stock and display merchandise as required.
