Job summary

Michaels is hiring a Store Associate for the TRENTON-PRINCETON, NJ location. You will help customers, maintain store appearance, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, adhere to planograms, and support Rewards enrollments while following SOPs and safety guidelines. The role requires standing for long periods and shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram tasks.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock condition.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
