Michaels in Trenton-Princeton, NJ is seeking store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining store standards to support our brand promises.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing purchases, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Handle fast and friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Engage customers on rewards and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Stock, recover merchandise, and maintain planograms.
