Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Store Team Member in the Trenton/Princeton, NJ area to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, maintain planograms, engage with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, support omnichannel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store), and participate in store recovery to keep shelves in stock.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store
• Execute fast, friendly checkout with proper cash handling
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms/appeal of shelves
• Assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store recovery
