Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a part-time Retail Front End Ambassador + Cashier in Princeton, NJ. You will deliver friendly customer service, scan items, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout while assisting customers with product locations and solutions.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and adherence to store recovery standards, while supporting BOPIS/SFS and Rewards enrollments. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and a fast checkout experience.
• Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Help with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments and VOC surveys.
• Support omni-channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS).
• Follow SOPs and safety standards.
