Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and minimum of 6 months customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling experience

Responsibilities

• Provide branch customer service and handle transactions accurately.
• Educate customers with digital demonstrations and promote self-service.
• Greet customers, address needs, and own escalated issues to resolution.
• Balance and process transactions following bank policy.
• Complete branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires) as needed.
• Perform AML/BSA/KYC related activities and maintain compliance.
• Log customer complaints and support risk controls.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
